My experience with Sinead Dubeau Photography was absolutely amazing!! I hired Sinead to do a branding shoot for my business. I am completely awkward in front of a camera and this was my first time doing branding photos, knowing only that these photos had to capture “me”…whatever that meant! So when shoot day came I was very nervous to say the least!! Sinead quickly put me at ease with her kind, friendly demeanor and her beautiful confidence in her photography skills. I enjoyed every minute of the experience, the photos are stunning and capture “me” perfectly!!! I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you again Sinead you’re one of a kind!!

Sinead is such a lovely person and was able to put myself and my husband at ease. The photos are absolutely gorgeous, the light, the poses everything exceeded my expectation. The photo album we got was also such high quality. My wedding was originally planned during the pandemic and had to be moved twice, Sinead was so professional and helpful and we were able to find a date that would work for both of us. Heather made our elopement an amazing experience. We are so glad to have found a photographer/ planner that was able to meet our needs and go far beyond expectation to make the day a success. I have now done several photo shoots with Sara, not only being in front of the camera, but watching from the sidelines because I have done the hair for a few of her clients. I have to say that one of the first things I ever noticed is how comfortable people instantly feel with Sara, whether they were doing a Love Yourself series, boudoir or just headshots. She honestly makes it feel like you are just hanging out with an old friend. Sara is remarkably talented with any realm of photo, I can say from personal experience, because she has done headshots & group photos for my business, my fiancée and I did engagement photos with her, and we even did a couples boudoir session. Five stars are not even enough, she deserves atleast ten!

Brandis recently did photos for our summer hockey team. She was such a joy to work with. I would just like future clients to be aware that when you book portraits with Applehead studios, you are taking the risk that your appointment is cancelled 20 minutes before the shoot is supposed to take place. I had received multiple emails that my session was confirmed including an hour before the appointment, and then it was cancelled. I received no form of compensation from the company for their last minute cancellation. I had paid to have my hair and makeup done, travel to those appointments, and was at the studio when I received an email that my appointment was cancelled. Liam offered a $75 credit, however, this does not cover the expenses I spent due to his mistake and short notice, and I do not want to rebook as Liam could not guarantee me that this mistake would not happen again (so I never received any compensation).

I cannot recommend Applehead Studio often enough. Steph and Liam's passion for photography was beyond what we expected. We always wanted to work with them - from their fun and "cheeky" shots to the rip-your-heart-out-deep-love moments, they seemed to always have the perfect photos. They captured all of these and more at our wedding. Even when we had family concerns, and weird hotel rooms, Liam and Steph kept cool, professional, and above all, kind. Thank you for giving us the moments that we cherish of family members near, far, and no longer with us. We would not have changed a thing (well, maybe been better hosts/clients to you!)

Our wedding was recently photographed by Ash & Rich from Applehead studios and I cannot say enough great things. From the second we met them, their energy was so infectious and they totally put us at ease. The candid shots of our friends and family from the ceremony go above and beyond everything we could have imagined. We had our two young daughters at the ceremony with us, and they were so amazing with them, and we’re able to get some amazing moments we will cherish forever. After the ceremony they took us out through Wolfville to take some photos of just my husband and I, and we are completely blown away by the results. It was a freezing cold evening, but they had us laughing through the whole thing and we’re so great about any requests we may have had. I can’t wait to be have more photographs done by them in the future, and have already recommended Applehead, and Ash & Rich to many of our friends.
