Terrible attention, I arrived 30 minutes late for our session and I did not hear what we wanted at all. ***I'm sorry for not being clear in my first comment, now that I see the answer you give us I think it's good to see the treatment received. The photographer changed the session time for us, we agreed and even so, he arrived more than 30 minutes late saying that there was a lot of traffic (his employee never had the courtesy to tell us what was happening, we asked him several times if he would take longer and I didn't know why). We asked her for a series of photos that she completely ignored, she accommodated us and put us as she wanted, (we were all already upset, because she had arrived late and even so she was not receptive at all), until I was annoyed because she removed my husband from a photo, she saying that first it was taken as she said (the manner was very rude, however my husband took himself out of the picture (clearly annoyed) and he was simply told that we were not going to acquire that photo. Later he used our image to promote his study on networks (when he did not have our consent at any time), we still let it go. The last straw was that the delivery of the photos was not made in the agreed times, first he invented that he was in a congress, then that he had not had time....in the end that his daughters were sick. The final product was the same unedited photos with some white "clouds" of laughter to cover the broken pieces of his scenery (nothing to do with the work he presented to us or the previous photos sent). The payment was made in full, since she does not send you the password until the total payment is received (which seems correct to me).
