We were advised that we would get the hard and soft copy the next day, it was a Sunday. We paid 2400 just for a few shots, 3 hard copies (1 with frame) plus addtl 300 pesos for just addtl soft copy of one of the pictures. It’s already been 4 days but until now we haven’t received the soft nor the hard copy. Very disappointing for very expensive service.

Unfortunately, I didn't expect the incident that happened last 1:35 p.m., today (May 01,2023) in their sta. lucia branch. It happens that I need to reprint my picture with sizes: 45x30mm 6 pcs. Japan Immigration Visa. 40x30mm 8 pcs. Japan Immigration Visa. 45x35mm 6 pcs. Japan Embassy. First, I humbly asked the price, in which the photographer replied 299.00 per size. Then I've requested if it's okay to change the color suit from black to either dark grey or navy blue. He agreed it's okay. When I'm pulling out my picture, I've forgotten when is the last time I took it. He looked at my picture and compared myself right now while asking to remove my mask. I agree with it, so he advised that it's better to take a new picture. Since the Japan embassy or immigration requires a 6 month recent photo. I'm thankful for his advice, Since It's one of the requirements for my job overseas. However, when they look and compare myself to my photos. Together with the cashier or his partner in their photo studio. It was so disgustingly or criticizing when they laughed.
