I remember the first time I tried to do an inside shoot, I had to rent a studio to get proper lighting because I didn't have the equipment to do it at home. I was apprehensive to continue the shoot a week before my schedule because I was scared the owner would be strict with their equipment, but I was wrong. When I got at the studio that day, the owner greeted me warmly, and I could see the owner's eyes and smile light up with love and acceptance for a newbie photographer like me. During my session, Maam Rai did not leave my side to help me set up everything and teach me about technicals, for which I am extremely grateful because the shoot went well with her assistance. Following the shoot, I continue to rent the studio to customers and for my portfolio. I've been working with the studio for several years and the care and service haven't changed. I'm beyond glad to have met maam rhai and sir johm, the studio's owners, who have witnessed my journey from the beginning, and I must say that the 1920 by studio mnl and studio mnl is my second home. Having shot at 1920 by studio Mnl for a months. I can't help but say that this place is a gem in the middle of Taguig. It is really a one of a kind studio where for an amazing never before seen price, you get a great, well-lit studio with all the lights included in the price (brand new alien-bees and modifiers) and an awesome rooftop with a nice view of sky. The studio has enough space for everything and everyone, there's a make-up/hair station with huge mirror and lights, nice sofas to sit down and talk, a variety of backdrops which are in a very good condition and, of course, a huge studio space where you may shoot whatever idea you like., theres even a play station where you can play for a while! .. And, yes, the AC will make you more comfortable, especially if you live in a humid and hot climate.! The staff/the guys are always there for you, and easily answer any questions that I've had. They also responded very quickly to all of my messages and emails. Every time I've brought someone to Studio, everyone complimented the studio and the rooftop, I recommend it to all of my friends.. I feel at home whenever iām in the studio and i will keep coming to the 1920 by Studio mnl and cannot wait to capture more of my ideas and beautiful moments there!!

Poor customer service - they were not helpful at all and did not even assist us in choosing the package or during the taking of photos. They were also very rude to us. I also didnāt hear from them until I called and followed up on my photos. It was already done, and if I had not called, I wouldnāt know about it. On top of these, the quality of the photos is poorly done for the price you pay. I got a graduation picture package, and the photos looked over-filtered. It seems they also do not know what they are doing because the framed graduation photo they gave was the entire body instead of just the traditional half-body. šš¤¦š»āāļøš¤¦š»āāļøš¤¦š»āāļø I had to request to reprint it, and the person I was talking to seems very lost on what an actual graduation photo looks like. This is probably one of the worse great image branches, so donāt go.

Very poor service and poor photos. The edit is so gradeschool. They told us that we have to wait for 2 hours for the hard copy of the photos and the soft copy will be sent via email. It took almost 4 hours for the photo(they dont have much clients that time) and 2 days have passed but still theres no email from them.
