We found here to be reliable and easy to contact under the whole process from first contact to final delivery of the photos. She helped us with planning when we asked and gave us feedback when required. On the day itself she was on time, had a great attitude, dealt with stress and captured the best moments of the day - contributing with expertise and diligent, careful planning. Anna is such a talented photographer and just a wonderful person to work with and be around. She photographed our wedding weekend in Copenhagen in July 2021. She cared about getting to know us first and getting us comfortable with her and with being in the spotlight. She was very organized and made a very detailed plan for the two days based on what we wanted to focus on and including our second photographer and videographer, with whom she worked super collaboratively. Really bad photography, rude photographer hired to photograph toddlers. Seems to be completely above. Like one out of 10 pictures turned out well. When I later want to buy this photo as a digital file, it doesn't work. No one responds to emails and it is impossible to get in touch. So bad.
For 2 years now I am getting horrible picture shots of my child. Same story every time. A professional photographer would at least fix a bit the child's hair, or the clothes before taking those "pro" pictures. My child looks like someone grabbed him from the shoulder and his undershirt is out. It literally takes 10 seconds to fix that. Then they ask you to pay 200kr per picture for that, which makes it 600kr plus the class photo for a total of 750kr. I can buy a camera for the same money or just use my iphone and get a much much better photo. I wouldn't be surprised if this company closes down soon.
Now it has almost been 1 month since the school photo shoot. Not a sound from the company about the delay. When you email yourself, you get a reply 1 week later that they are "working on it". Another parent who emailed and asked where the pictures went received the answer "-Can you describe what your child was wearing when it was photographed, or send a picture of the child?" That says a lot about how unscrupulous this company is!?
