Angela made me feel comfortable from day one. After booking I got a guide from both Angela and Paula, which helped out a ton. I am not going to say I wasn't nervous, because I was nervous. The day of the photo shoot I was super nervous about getting into lingerie in front of a complete stranger. I was pulling in to Bedhead and my nerves went from a 7 to over 10, I couldn't believe I was doing this. I went to the front door and I was greeted by Angela's Team. The girls were super nice, which made my nerves go down to a 5. We went down stairs where my girl next door look was transformed into a bombshell look. I couldn't believe that was me. After hair and makeup we went upstairs to go over my outfit choices. Then it was time for the bog shoot. I got into my first outfit and Angela's team made me feel super comfortable and confident, my nerves went to a ZERO!! I had so much fun at the shoot, I came home and felt super confident. I got an email from Angela and her team super quick that my photos were ready. OH BOY...they looked fabulous!! It was hard choosing images!! I went to Bedhead Boudoir Photography to have photos taken for my husband for our first wedding anniversary. You're supposed to give the gift of paper for your first anniversary and what better way then to give a boudoir photo album? I cannot express how amazing my experience was from the moment I walked in the door! Angela and her team truly made me feel like a VIP. Everything from the hair and make-up, to the actual shoot was so much fun! I honestly haven't felt that beautiful in a really long time. Angela (the owner) is very professional and she helped me through the entire process. One of the best decisions we made about our wedding day was booking Hilda at Angel Eyes Photography. We booked her just a few weeks before our wedding in August 2020 after having to part ways with a different photographer due to changes with restrictions, etc. It was absolutely meant to be! I don't think you can pick a better person to be captured by than Elizabeth. From the moment you first talk with her throughout the whole process, she has a way of understanding and capturing you that can't be taught. Her natural warmth and kind-heartedness make an experience that could easily be uncomfortable and frightening, comfortable. I have a lot of natural anxiety surrounding anything too vulnerable (like being photographed) and have a difficult time letting go of control. However, in Elizabeth and Zachera's (beautification expert) talented hands, I was able to let my guard down and go along with the experience. Then, when I received the final product, I was floored! It was a great novel experience getting a personal portrait from a professional photographer. It was on my birthday and I was travelling solo looking for interesting and memorable activity to do. I found Womanly thru thumbtack and met Elizabeth only on the d-day. However we communicate a lot via email and phone call. Elizabeth is amazing, she made me feeling really comfortable with any pose and dress and accessories I want to photograph with. She came all prepared with her sketches will all possible style and pose then we adjusted it following what is available in my studio and natural light. The one hour went by very quickly. She made efforts to get to know me better in order to get the best of me out naturally for the photographs. Once I received all the photos, I couldnt believe that it was me on the photo, I look way more confident that I felt and afterwards whenever I saw my portraits I feel an instant boost on my self-esteem and self-confidence. What I can tell you is that, you wouldnt regret hire Womanly, value for money, and you will feel much better about yourself as the value added service =). Just come to the session with all yourself fully. I only wish the best and hopefully I can go back to Chicago and hire Womanly again for future occassions
