My Boudoir photo shoot with JoAnna was absolutely amazing. I was very nervous going into it but Jo made it fun and comfortable. Right when I arrived she sat me down for hair make up and handed me a mimosa. While I was getting my makeup done she played my favorite music and we had great conversation. Once we were done with hair and makeup we got right into the shoot she broke down the different cues she would give me while shooting, she asked me what I was comfortable with and we got started. She has an amazing lingerie selection she had pieces already pulled but let me know I was more than welcome to choose from anything in the closet. She had all the poses and shoots ready, she did a great job at explaining and even showed me how to do the more difficult poses. After we were done we went through the photos and I was stunned by how amazing they came out. She made me feel beautiful and confident. I highly recommend boudoir and I definitely recommend JoAnna.
JoAnna is such an incredible photographer AND person! Being a pretty modest person, I was so nervous to do this shoot. I've never felt comfortable in my skin, so doing a shoot like this was WAAAYYY out of my comfort zone. But Jo... she made me feel so comfortable and not awkward at all. Which is saying something because I'm a very awkward person in general. Ha! She was so great about showing and explaining each pose which made it so much easier to recreate. My overall experience was 15/10, HIGHLY recommend. The photos turned out so great! Being a chubbier girl (haha!) had me a bit nervous about being in so little clothing, but she did such a great job at getting the most flattering angles. If you are thinking about doing boudoir photos and are on the fence, do it! You won't regret it!!

One of the best and easiest decisions we made for our wedding was having Tara be our photographer.
