Andrea is hands down the best. I originally joined a project she was working on, a calendar with the profits going to a domestic violence shelter, in 2018 only 9 months after I had weight loss surgery. The experience was so positive that I booked an individual session with her 2 years later. The photos turned out beautifully, but the experience was so much more than that. I walked away with confidence that was amazing. So amazing that again, two years later, I booked with her again recently. Again, the experience was so great, even better than last time. I shot with Andrea in September (and outside of a hair hiccup, which was absolutely NOT Andrea's fault) everything was amazing! She was so supportive during the shoot and made you feel like an absolute GODDESS. Any nervous feelings or anxieties will instantly melt away once she starts shooting. I went to Ginger snaps Back photography on January 30th for my maternity shoot and I could have not been more impressed. I had a full selection to her maternity closet with outfits laid out for me to choose from, back drops set up but also more I could have picked from. When the shoot started I was given the most helpful instruction for how to pose, smile, look, even threw in a couple “fake” laughs that turned real. (She knew they would turn real) She made me feel so comfortable, and most importantly BEAUTIFUL. I felt the most beautiful I have this pregnancy. My fiancé got into a couple pictures as well and her guidance felt so natural for both of us to be behind the camera together. Within 8 hours I was sent a preview photo of what to be expected and it brought tears to my eyes. The moments she captured were one of a kind and I could not be more thankful for the entire experience she provided. You are only pregnant with your first baby once, and she made this so memorable and special for me. If you are considering booking with her- DO IT. I can not recommend her and her skills enough.
Rachel created such a fun, creative environment for our Girls Night Out package. The communication before hand was perfect and we were able to choose the outfits we wanted and provide our sizing. The gift basket was such a treat with yummy chocolates and cheese and wine. She provided wonderful direction during our shoot which translated to beautiful pictures that captured all of our beauty in different ways.
