I was in shock at how fast my albums were delivered. My final products could not have turned out better. I cannot recommend Tracy enough. I did my session back in October. Before my session with Tracy, I was a little nervous! As a full-time working, married mother of a 3 and (almost) 2-year-old, itâs safe to say that opportunities to feel gorgeous arenât abundant. Tracy came highly recommend and had amazing client testimonies. If weâre being honest, I was also a little terrified that I would be the exception to all those positive reviews and the one woman she couldnât astound; because itâs been a long time since I held any âappealâ and how can you capture on camera what doesnât exist? Reluctant to the point of almost cancelling the morning of because it felt âpointless and idioticâ. Fast forward to the session that I DID NOT CANCEL and DAMN did I feel taken care of, like âYouâve got lipstick on your teethâ level taken care of (my translation is âIâm looking out for you and Iâve got your backâ). She was funny, she was chill, she was HONEST. Even the session itself made me feel great about myself because there was enough trust established though honest feedback that I ALSO TRUSTED WHEN SHE SAID âYOU LOOK GREAT, YOUâRE GONNA LOVE THISâ. Truly, it was one of the highlights of my year and I wish I could do this more often. When I did see the photos of myself, it was almost jarring. They might be the best photos I have of me, I was practically ready to walk into a modeling agency and tell them to âcalm themselves, the next hot thing is hereâ. Donât worry, I didnât đ. But months later, Iâm still SO glad I didnât chicken out and when Iâm having a down day⊠honestly i sometimes look at my photos and remember that I can do scary things, Iâm strong, and (captured with the right camera), Iâm freaking beautiful. My session wasnât a secret, so I got to keep my hair and makeup gorgeous all day (and really, it was truly astonishing). If youâve made it this long into this review, Iâm guessing youâre on the fence. Get off the fence! Youâll never again be as young as you are in this exact moment. Tomorrow is no guarantee. Maybe youâre âstarting your diet Mondayâ but chances are, your body is beautiful now so jump! Seeing myself the way Tracy captured me really shifted my self-perception. She made me, a pretty average mom in her mid-30s, look truly beautiful. So those magazine models? They ainât got nothing on you, and I know this because they ainât got nothing on me :-) My recommendation: book your session, take a deep breath, buy some cute stuff, shut your self-doubt down for a couple hours, advocate for what you want, trust Tracy, and make plans to keep your makeup on the rest of the day. Enjoy it. The downside: youâll probably want to do it again. :-)

I had Alison do my headshots awhile back, but when she said she'd love to do our family photo shoot, she had no idea what she was getting into.
